Mongoose Painting is a locally owned, family-operated business based in Dunedin, Florida. We serve homeowners, realtors, and property managers across Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough counties. Whether you’re updating a room, preparing a home for sale, settling into a recently purchased property, or getting a rental ready for its next tenant, we’d be happy to discuss what you have in mind. Owner James Ponton II brings a background in running service businesses and working in real estate. That experience shapes our approach: understand the customer’s goals, explain the work clearly, and coordinate the details before the project begins. As a family-operated business, we know your home is more than a project. It’s where everyday life happens. We’ll talk through your priorities, explain the work included in your estimate, and help you plan the details so you know what to expect. ![The Ponton family](https://www.mongoosepainting.com/hubfs/ponton-family.jpg) What You Can Expect ## Let’s make the details clear. ### A clear scope We’ll review the surfaces, preparation, and work included in your estimate, then answer your questions before you decide to move forward. ### Help with preparation You can prepare the space yourself, or we can include furniture moving and removal of wall decorations for an additional charge in your estimate. ### Your colors. Your choice. We can help you explore colors and finishes. The final choice is yours, and we supply the paint and materials for the agreed work. Realtors & Property Managers ## Let’s work with your timeline. Property projects often come with moving dates, listing plans, tenant schedules, and access arrangements. Share those details with us early so we can discuss availability and coordinate the work. From a refresh before listing to painting between tenants, we’ll help you define the scope and plan the next steps. ### Getting started is simple Send us your information or give us a call. We’ll discuss your project by phone and schedule your free on-site estimate. [727-653-5803](tel:+17276535803) ## Tell us what you have in mind.
